The Lois Harchanko Distinguished Music Award is named in honor of Lois Harchanko to recognize her many years of distinguished service as a teacher, mentor, and friend of USF. The award acknowledges alumni who reflect honor upon the University by their accomplishments in the field of music and to their church, humankind and their profession.

• Graduate of USF
• A person with accomplishments in the field of music and to their church, humankind, and their profession

• Describe how long, and in what capacity, you have known the nominee
• Briefly describe the nominee’s outstanding accomplishments in the field of music including significance and impact
• Provide specific examples of actions taken by the nominee demonstrating the accomplishments in the field of music
